Thaw completely if frozen. Remove plastic cover and recover with foil. Bake at 375°F for approximately 20-30 minutes.

The shrimp and grits are great with the exact amount of ingredients and shrimp included.

Shrimp and Grits

Feel the sauce was to thick. Traditionally when I have had shrimp and grits there is thiner and mixes in well. Also feel the grits were heavy on the cheese.
A general comment-: cooking instructions should state it can take up to two days to defrost the dishes.
