Thaw completely if frozen. Remove plastic cover and recover with foil. Bake at 375°F for approximately 35-45 minutes.

Love this dish, I always order at least one….usually more because it’s so good.

I will order again. The portion was a nice size for two people. The chicken was very tasty. The next time I will separate the potatoes from the chicken before putting in the oven. I think the chicken would have more flavor if it was cooked in the juices and not have the potatoes on the bottom and the chicken on top. Good price for a meal for two.
